# Instellix platform research

Checked 2026-10-12. Primary sources only. This is a compact source ledger for the cheat sheet, not a complete API specification.

## Authentication

OAuth client credentials: POST `/{realm}/oauth2/token` with Basic authentication; use the returned bearer token for API calls, cache until expiry, and read `expires_in` as seconds. Production host: `https://api.instellix.io`; sandbox: `https://api.sandbox.instellix.io`. Roles determine operation scopes. This is API-client authentication, not an application user login implementation.

## Webhooks

GET `/v2/notifications` is paged, supports RSQL `search`, starts at page 0, defaults to size 20, and caps size at 100.

POST `/v2/notifications/{ident}/actions/resend` resends a notification. The official page still shows a legacy `api.nitrobox.io` host; only its path is carried into the cheat sheet. Resolve deployment hosts through onboarding.

## Editorial boundary

The FlutterFlow → BFF integration boundary, customer ownership checks, durable event processing, and client status wording are recommendations for this artifact, not guarantees or routes specified by Instellix. API calls in examples contain placeholders and never execute from the page.
